  • Kombucha is a fermented tea made by feeding SCOBY's (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) with tea and sugar and allowing it to ferment. Kombucha should be served chilled, in a tot-glass or 10ml spoon daily.   Drinking directly from the bottle may introduce harmful bacteria to the Kombucha.   See 'more' regarding nutritional benefits and uses.

  • Yogurt is made by infusing natural yogurt into whole pasteurised milk as a culture in order to make it more.  If water (whey) forms, just stir it back in.   Scoop out with a clean spoon, do not eat from the tub as this may introduce harmful bacteria to the yogurt.   No corn starch added. Make delicious tzatziki - or scoop some over your tuna salad instead...

  • Yogurt is made by infusing natural yogurt into whole, pasteurised full cream milk as a culture in order to make it more.  If water (whey) forms, it can just be stirred back in.   No corn starch added, runnier than off the shelf product.   Refrigerate and use within 2 weeks.   Eating from the tub may introduce harmful bacteria to the yogurt.
